"Mitsuhiro Sakakibara, a jazz pianist/composer born in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. After graduating from the prestigious Berklee College of Music with a degree in jazz composition and arranging, he worked in various musical fields based on Sendai, including film, theater, TV, radio, and produced works, while composing the train melody for Sendai Station and being a key member of a free jazz festival, and is known for his efforts to develop the music scene in the Tohoku region. "Clouds In The Water" is self-released work in 1989. The title track "Clouds In The Water" filled with ambience, was used as the closing music for Miyagi Television, also includes "Dancing Fairy" with a variety of soundscapes, exquisite solo piano tune "First Light" thats appears to blend in with the surroundings, as well as other smooth jazz and fusion tunes."
